1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Member Eligibility

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to have one account only on the 9win platform. Duplicate accounts are a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. The information provided must be:

• Accurate and correct date of birth
• An active email address accessible only by you
• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• Valid bank account or digital wallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

6 Game Rules

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, 9win reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the closure is at your own request and no violation has occurred, your balance will be processed for withdrawal following standard procedures.

10 Liability Limits
